Tap-to-Review Card terms

Product and setup

The card is programmed to open the Google Business Profile review link approved by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for providing the correct business information and for using the card only to request genuine, unbiased customer feedback.

Google review policy

The card must not be used to offer incentives for reviews, pressure customers, request a specific rating, discourage negative reviews, or selectively ask only customers expected to leave positive feedback.

Shipping and product issues

U.S. shipping is included. Contact isaac@ivorysights.com if an order arrives damaged, is programmed incorrectly, or does not function as expected.

90-day results guarantee

If the buyer's average monthly Google review count does not at least double within 90 days of delivery, Ivory Sights will refund the card order after verifying the before-and-after review history on the connected Google Business Profile. Contact isaac@ivorysights.com with the order details and profile history to request the refund.

Website preview and discount

The website preview begins after Ivory Sights receives the requested business details. The 10% discount applies only to the one-time website setup fee and must be accepted within 30 days of the preview being delivered. It does not apply to recurring services, hosting, advertising spend, or third-party costs.
